Our class series is designed to progressively build your improv skills, starting with the basics and advancing toward more complex forms and techniques . Each level reinforces what you’ve learned, adding new tools to help you excel in scene work, character development, and long-form formats.
Basic Improv
Come learn, laugh, and play in this five-week intro to improv comedy. We’ll start with “Yes, And” and grow into essential skills like listening, agreement, and character. Through interactive games and creative exercises, we’ll spark your imagination and (consensually) crack you up.
Perfect for anyone ready to jump in, have fun, and discover the magic of making something out of nothing.
Intermediate Improv
This next-level class dives into long form improv, where you’ll learn to connect scenes into full, dynamic sets with structure and momentum. You’ll build on the core skills from Basics and deepen your ensemble collaboration.
We’ll explore tools like “game of the scene,” along with edits, walk-ons, and tag-outs that help scenes branch out, loop back, and build toward satisfying payoffs. The class wraps with a small performance to celebrate your growth.
Advanced Improv
In this advanced class, we’ll focus on sharpening your long-form improv through strong scene work, structured formats, and deeper player connection. We’ll blend everything from previous classes to build performances that are sharp, playful, and fully connected. Expect a focus on team dynamics, show construction, and tapping into your full creative range as an improvisor.
